Exceptional Caregivers

We take our time to hire the most qualified caregivers to fit your personal needs and to provide the most consistent, reliable care available. As a home health care organization, our aides are our most important asset. That’s why we invest heavily to recruit, personally interview, properly screen and train the best caregivers available.

We employ a wide breadth and depth of caregiver skill-sets to more carefully match your unique care requirements. So what is our recruiting process to find the best caregivers?

Initially our emphasis is on a caregiver’s personality, attitude and experience. We’ve found that aides who possess an optimistic attitude have a better ability to meet the challenges inherent in providing senior care. We believe the right combination of experience, skills, training and attitude can overcome even the most demanding home care circumstances.

Experience, Skills & Training

The right blend of hands-on experience, skills and training is essential when matching the proper caregiver to a given client’s requirements. The type of care required for a Parkinson’s disease client differs greatly from care needed for a person with complete mental capacities recovering from hip surgery. As part of our overall recruiting process, we confirm an aide’s qualifications through a series of reference/background checks and ongoing hands-on observation. We encourage our caregivers to obtain further professional licenses, such as certification as a CNA, LPN or RN, as well as provide in-house training in specific areas such as Alzheimer’s, dementia and hospice care.
